Problems With Vinyl Cut Outs on Frosted Glass Blocks?I hope someone can help me out. I bought glass blocks from Menards and sprayed them with Frosted Glass by Rust-oleum. I then put on my vinyl which I cut out using my Cricut. I sprayed another coat of Frosted Glass over the vinyl. After 20-30 minutes, I noticed my vinyl starting to lift.
