You can contact Toys for Tots, United Way, local churches and look for unused gifts on Freecycle. People are generous this time of year.

Your best avenue is to Google free toys for children with your zip code and there will be quite a few places for you to check; but do it now as many toys are given away the first week of December. This will give you places to check without us making a list for you to hunt to see if they are available in your area.
You might check with your local police and fire departments as many of these have programs for helping family's at Christmas.
There will also be places that offer free food for the holidays so check those out also.
Most towns have a Salvation Army so you could try them:

Some religious groups (churches, synagogues, mosques) have giving trees. It may be too late, but it could not hurt to try calling round to the bigger entities in yoru area and see if you can get the kids on the tree list.
The ones we used to do the kids put down what they wanted and the angel could pick a child of any age and get something. That might be the best solution since you have kids of different ages.
