They range in age from 8-27. I do a group gift every year and I'm running out of ideas. Prior gifts included: custom ink t-shirt, skin suits, and ugly Christmas sweaters tailored to their personality. It's something they look forward to each Christmas so I don't want to let them down. It should be something that could apply to all of them, but we want it to be fun. Any ideas?
I tossed around some ideas like inappropriate socks or inflatable costumes, but neither seemed right.

The idea of socks is kind of cool. There are websites that sell all kinds of wacky socks, and fun socks. One thing we like to get for our kids every year is fuzzy socks. They would most definitely not need to be inappropriate!
Another idea would be card games. There are card games for all age levels.
Or how about books? Yes I know, who reads books anymore? Well, my kids do and they love to read. There are coloring books for all ages. Humorous books. Cookbooks for all age levels. And just books of interest (places, things, how things work, etc.)
Let your imagination run a little and I'm sure there is something that will inspire you!!

Maybe decorate each of them a Christmas stocking filled with treats. You can individualize each stocking with different novelties such as xmas ornaments, their name, or memorabilia of their favorite sports team or hobby.
