Not long ago they released the movie Noah. Maybe you could make a float with the Ark and have some animals and of course with Christmas lights on the Ark. You could make the trailer of the float blue with blue lights for the ocean. If it does not have to be biblically themed then I would choose Charlie Brown but since it's for your church I figured they are wanting to submit a biblical themed movie. Sounds like a lot of fun!
