Gold Post Medal for All Time! 555 Posts I made dryer balls for my 3 adult girls and decided to wrap them to look like snowmen, just for fun!
This post doesn't tell you how to make the dryer balls (I published that under Homemade Wool Dryer Balls on 9/1/2015- check it out! It's easy and fun!) Click here for instructions: Wool Dryer Balls
This just shows you ideas on how to package them for Christmas gift giving!
Total Time: minutes each!
Supplies:
- 3 dryer balls per snowman
- 1 an empty rectangular bag (I got mine from my newspaper!)
- 1 ft piece of yarn for the scarf
- 1 Magic marker for the face and buttons
- 1 twist tie
- Optional: essential oils
- a plastic container to give recipients to hold their dryer balls
Steps:
- Simply drop the dryer balls into your bag.
- Twist tie it closed and cut off the excess bag then tie the yarn "scarf" between the first two balls.
- Draw on a face and buttons with the permanent marker. That's it!
- I chose to buy some essential oils if the girls want to add it to the balls and also included a plastic container to store the balls on the dryer so they don't forget to use them!
