I was looking for other patterns that were not for the holidays but it appears that all the patterns I can find are for the holidays. I am not sure you want to make a holiday bell doorbell decoration or you are looking for other ideas for doorbell decorations. It appears tbat Thrifty Fun has a great pattern and Judy already supplied you with the link.
