I live in Rome, Georgia and over the last two years I have been through some things and it has affected my health and my doctor wanted me to take it easy so with the pay from my job, it's not much money after I pay bills. So I was wanting to know who do I contact for a little help with Christmas this year. My neighbors said some places help, but they couldn't remember when they do start helping.
Thanks.

I tried looking for a few schedules online and I found a few pages on FB for different groups like the Salvation Army. They were asking for people to ring their bells during the holidays. However, I did find that right here on Thrifty Fun they have a great post that should help you find all that you need. www.thriftyfun.com/
This church (First Presbyterian Rome--101 East Third Avenue, Rome, GA US 30161 706.291.6033) looks like it offers food boxes for the holidays:
If they can't help, perhaps they can offer someone who can.
Sending blessings to you and prayers for solutions.
Post back with an update!
