Perhaps you can see if any of these can offer you any assistance:

You may need to cobble together things like those that offer toys for children, those that offer meals, and those that offer small financial amounts to assist.
Have you reached out to your children's school to see if they offer any services. I know several local schools in my area do have students who have started small non profits to offer various help to their peers in need.
