I love lanterns! You can use them inside and outdoors. I wanted to come up with a winter/holiday look that would carry through the New Year, this can be budget friendly with items you already have, along with nature items from outdoors. Here's how!
Total Time: 30 min.
Yield: 2
Supplies:
- 2 lanterns
- glue gun
- sheet of white paper
- miniatures
- pine cones
- ornaments
- fake snow
- ribbon
- greenery
Steps:
- Take a piece of white paper and fold to fit the base of the black lantern. This will be used as a back drop for miniatures and snow.

- Glue the miniatures inside. Sprinkle in snow.

- Add fairy lights and a decorative ribbon (optional). Display.
- The second lantern (white one) was filled with ornaments and pine cones. A large decorative bow was attached to the top.
