Place the end of the chenille stick halo into the bead head. Secure with one drop of hot glue at the top. Snip off the chenille stick about 1 inch from where it leaves the head and stick it into the center of the gathered lace. Give it a little twist so it is secure.
Take the remaining piece of chenille and form the angel wings. Use hot glue to attach it to the back.
Take the cording and make a knot at the bottom. Trim if necessary.

Secure it to the back of the angel's head with a drop of hot glue. Take your embellishments and add them to your angel. You can choose appliques, small flowers, or anything that appeals to you. (If you want a brooch just add a one inch pin back to the back of the angel using hot glue to hold in place and omit the ribbon for hanging.)
