Pre-lit Christmas Tree Not Lighting?

I have plugged in all three sections of our tree securely. I have used a meter to check the current through each section. I have confirmed a current. But there are no lights. What is next?

You might have to replace the fuse. That is one reason so many pre-lit trees get given away-because of one section of lights not working.

Who made the tree? I usually go right to the company and get their input.

I have had companies trouble shoot things with me over the phone! One even had me text photos and they called me back with the fix. It was amazing!!
