Pre-lit Tree Lights Not Working

My pre-lit Christmas tree lights don't work (two different rows). How do I fix this problem?

Have you checked to make sure all of the bulbs are good or that a fuse isn't blown. If you can't get them to working I would use a couple strings of lights where the ones that aren't working are located. (12/14/2009)
