I found a broken wire on my Martha Stewart pre-lit Christmas tree. Can it be repaired?

So I am terrified of electricity, so I don't recommend fixing unless you have skills repairing things like this...too many dangers.
You could contact their customer service see the link:
www.marthastewart.com/
Ask what they recommend. If it has a warranty, they may offer to replace it. I am always surprised when I have issues and call, sometimes places are gracious enough to do this even if it is technically out of warranty!! That is the sign of good customer services!! Start there and see.
If not, if you have an electrician you know, perhaps he/she could do it for a small fee and it would be done "to code" so to speak.
SAFETY FIRST!!
Everything can be fixed, or is fixable but I don't have any experience with electrical so I would not attempt.
If you know someone who is highly experienced, they can look into it. Otherwise, like Pghgirl40 mentioned, I would recommend contacting the manufactures and see what they say.
Or, if this is a newly purchased tree - I would exchange or return.
Everything can be repaired , but I do not have any expertise in electrical so I personally would not be able to fix it.
If you know someone with high experience with electrical they could perhaps take a look. But, on the safe side I would contact the manufactures. I agree with Pghgirl40!
Or, if you just purchased this tree I'd exchange or return it.
