Tree Lights Not Working?

I have a 9 ft prelit tree, expensive, but worth it. I would rather replace the lights than get a new tree, which is $900- over a $1000.00. The tree is fine, it is just some of the lights. The tree is so big it is hard to find where the problem is. I have put short strands on the tree where lights go out. It seems like more each year. Are there any people who can redo all the light on a tree?

I feel sure there are people "somewhere" who replace lights on these pre-lit trees but I have not found them. Probably expensive work. I have used a 9 foot tree for several years and so far - very few problems. It is always handled very carefully but who knows when a problem will arise? I would do a lot of research for how to repair.

You can Google your question or maybe just ask:
how to redo or repair lights on a 9 foot pre-lit tree?
Lots of information on the web.
