The controller for my 7 foot, beautiful Christmas tree is not working. I bought it from Sam's in 2008. There are 1000 colored/1000 white lights. Could slow, fade, and twinkle, go all white or all colored?
Last year I could only use white. I called the 800 number that was supposed cover the warranty. They said call back in the new year. When I did they said they could not get that controller from China anymore. Sam's then said warranty had run out.
This year nothing works on the controller, but I can plug the colored lights directly into a plug and they will stay steady, but not the whites. Would any controller work with these lights?
