Cut lace about 14 inches, then fold over and sew a seam to slip a piece of 4 inch pipe cleaner in it. Make sure the lace is gathered. Then glue 2 red hearts in the center. I bought mine at a Dollar store.

What would you use these for? They are pretty though.
These are very cute. Maybe you could change the heart to something Christmasy and use them for tree ornaments. This would be a great craft for children or grandchildren. With help from adults with the sewing of course.
These are so cute, I would add a pin to the back to wear on Valentine's Day.
