Makes 5-7 cups.
In a mixing bowl, combine pudding mix and powdered sugar. With a wire whisk, mix in about 2 cups milk. Add spices to taste, and the rest of the milk and half and half. Whisk till smooth and frothy, refrigerate for 30 min. until slightly thickened. Serve with more nutmeg, as desired.
