Here is my recipe for "Impossible Pumpkin Pie" 3/4 cup sugar (part brown),1/2 cup Bisquick,2 Tbs. soft butter or margerine, 1 (13 oz.)can of evaporated milk, 2 eggs, 1 (16 oz. )can pumpkin ( not pumpkin pie mix),1 Tbs. pumpkin Pie Spice, 2 tsp. vanilla and 1/8 tsp.
For great cranberries. Cook one package of cranberries in one cup of water until cracked open and soft, let water cook down until it gets thick. Add sugar to taste and one cup crushed pineapple. Then blend with an emerson blender until desired consistancy. It will thicken more when cooled.
