This is an ornament that the kids can help make. A nice addition to the tree. My version is rather unique since I use a tree branch for the body, a bead from an old car seat for the head, and popcorn for the hair.

I make the pasta angels as lapel pins to give to my coworkers and for the grand angels to give as teachers gifts -I use all pastas:attached is a picture of the pasta, top row: rigatoni , bowties, and elbows, bottom row: 3/4 inch wooden bead, pin and acini de pepe pasta ( can also use cous cous or rice).
using a hot glue gun, glue the bead to one end of the rigatoni, the bowtie to the back, and the elbows for arms, then paint the hair with elmers glue and roll in the acini di pepe or cous cous, let dry and spray paint with white enamel, I use the clear glitter paint and do the tips of the wings, and the hair, then use gold glitter glue to draw a halo on top, and hot glue the pin to the back of the bowtie wings. the 2nd picture is the finished product they need to be done over 2 nights to allow the paint and glues to dry, the gals at work love them!
