Blonde Brownies

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 cups brown sugar (level and tight)
• 1 1/2 cups flour mixed with 1 tsp. baking powder and 1 tsp. salt (tightly packed)

• 1/3 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

Layer ingredients in jar in order listed.

Blonde Brownies (recipe on card attached to jar)

• jar of brownie mix
• 3 eggs

Empty jar of blonde brownie mix into mixing bowl. Thoroughly blend. Add 3 eggs. Mix until completely blended. Spread batter into an oiled 9" x 13" baking pan.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 to 28 minutes. Cool completely in pan. Cut into 2 inch squares.

Makes 2 dozen brownies
