I know this has nothing to do with being thrifty but does anyone know when 'Its a Wonderful Life' will be on tv this Christmas? Short of buying a dvd, which I don't want to do, I have searched it several times and cant find a listing.

sandy from baltimore here. i would rent it but my 4 yr old dvd player has never been hooked because i cant afford the extra plug in cable i need. i went to the imdb website mentioned above and they have no record of this movie playing at all this year.
sandy here again. well i found that its a wonderful life will be aired on dec 14th at 8 pm. it is on nbc i think. not sure but 1 of the 3 networks. thank you all.
It will be on December 14 from 8p.m to 11p.m on NBC
I missed it on the 14th and since it's my favorite
Christmas movie, I checked to see if it would be
on again...it IS.

I heard Ted Turner bought the rights to "It's a Wonderful Life" and is limiting it's showings.
