This recipe is so easy to make, delicious to eat and a family favorite at Christmas.
Combine first 3 ingredients in heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Stir in pecans; continue to cook until pecans are coated and all syrup is absorbed. Remove from heat; stir until pecans are separated. Spread on wax paper to cool. Yields 5 1/2 cups.
